Johnny. Just looked over MFTH and they got $681.00 to operate the rest of the year with. The Prototype they said they had is mentioned in the (orverview and #3 right under it). That 400,000 they got from the 10 million of Safc shares is gone other than $681.00 they clain over a half Million in consulting fees and paying them self. It makes me sick every time i read anything about MFTH plus they showing A/S at 2 Billion and i,ve seen where they reported raising it. Why would SAFC have to spend 6 Months to get a Prototype if MFTH already had one? Today is the 9th but the filing was dated the 13th and it was due the 21th. I didnt see anything about the Dividen in it but really dont care because i only look at MFTH as a share selling SCAM. Now i am going to look at SAFC filings and find where it says that the only connection it has with MFTH is with the contract of the Pantent Device. Will post to where it is in SAFC filings when i find it again. GO > SAFECODE

Johnny. SAFC 10K Go to Competition and (8) and read it says SAFECODE has no relationship with Medisafe1 and they dont they bought if you read Recent Sales of unregistered Securities that Medisafe1 recieved 10 Million shares of SAFC for a licence agreement to the New Medical Device. Also read (8) about it differ from Medisafe. MFTH is not a sister to SAFC in anyway and SAFC has a different Painless Needle and Intovison Product Development & Design is building Safecodes Prototype and Safecode will not manufacture are Market the New Device. We also have a contract with Biomedix LTD and aquired Sindolor Medical EZject & Quickool for the Painless Needle that they had. There are News items missing from my brokers news items about Biomedix deal & Intovision Product Development. I only try to go what is in the legal filings of companies, such as 8-K,10q and 10-K. Thats why i am still waiting to see the Sindolor Medical in the 10-Q and news of the Safecode Prototype. Safecode has appearded to be working on different things while MFTH has done nothing but put out 5 news deals on the Dividen on MFTH plus 2 of the Same on the SAFC news items like it was part of Safecode. Safecode needs to clear all this up. GO > SAFECODE
