The key is the Inc. there is only one. One thing tho if they want to distribute SumaGrow why not just do that instead of buying 50% of company? That is puzzling to me. The only reason to do that would be the lawn care business isn't really big enough to be a traded company on its own but under a subsidiarity of EXMT it fits the same agenda soil, pants, lawns, Ag stuff. IDK for sure I guess I am just speculating now.
