Well, its a very old argument what is "real" and what is not on the OTC market. With the margin requirements you correctly cite, its likely not "retail" doing any shorting...lol

Its why I believe Leo will scadaddle onto a real exchange as soon as we meet requirements.

That link wasn't etrade, it was a website which tracks shorting on OTC... just set up a CTIX short trade with two clicks on etrade pro, and didn't execute it. A moot argument since shorting this stock is as smart as, say, making love with a gorilla. The pain will be over when the gorilla is through.

Failure-to-deliver are the worst kind of shorts. The FTDs represent naked, uncovered positions, naked shorting.
