Also did you know PB wanted to remove the Trademark dispute after Judge Pantle ruled in favor of CIRC, but after CIRC responded with wanting the whole thing to be dismissed and handled by Judge Pantle they withdrew wanting it to be removed. Kinda like they did when in good faith they didn't terminate the license agreement for 5 yrs. Instead they were knowingly breaching contract with Play Bev by having Jimmy wheel and deal a 5mil royalty deal with a Play Bev distributor (Redi Frz) who couldn't (or wouldn't) pay Play Bev and was in default to them but claimed they could pay 3 yrs up front for a ten year agreement. Which even PlayBoy didn't believe and wanted to stay on course with Play Bev and CIRC as stated in many emails as they had done in the past dispite the lack of sales. PlayBoy even gave Play Bev assurance letters (in 2011) about the license agreement to give to distributors as a way to keep (and get new) Distributors. But keep screaming about the dispute. Soon we will have a ruling. I hope CIRC gets to keep the original 20yr agreement with renewal every 5yrs and only has to pay 2mil royalties as was the original agreement. GLTY
