Years away, minimally. Oil prices are down, EPA rules and regulations up, increasing operational costs, that profitability has a ways to go, can't spinoff part of it or pay divie with a half cent (or even 3/4 cent stock.) But as I said earlier, us old-timers are married to CAVR because of that proxy vote until it no longer exists, no matter how much or how little we own.
