Arguably if they were of value I would want to sell ahead of that and buy back the two pieces.
Say the entire thing is worth .10 cents and the spinoff assets .05. I would want to sell my shares prior as I would lose the .05? A shareholder of record would arguably end up with two .05 stocks?
Not sure that is going to go over well with all the new shareholders like the new preferred ones nor the huge amount of issues shares previously?

IF/When they ever spin off, do you think they will be allotted according to the amount of shares you owned at the time of the holding date, or according to what you own as of the date they finally spin-off? Just wondering what you think
