In hindsight, what has transpired gives quite a bit of truth to that statement. I still question by what right did they have for taking those licenses from creditors and stockholders and forming their own LLC. It sure does smell funny. If the SEC follows up they are in for a world of nightmares.
I truly believe that his intentions was to sell caskets. As I sid before, he could not meet demand and his procurement of Chinese caskets was sketchy to say the least. When he could not produce, word got out and that pretty much killed the business.
