No it's not a court of law, but the philosophy our justice system was founded on was founded in the court of public opinion, is based on mankind's most fundamental spiritual beliefs...that every accused is allowed to face their accuser.
I'll bet Mark was allowed to speak. It doesn't matter what anyone else believes to be so...BW or Mark both should be given an opportunity to speak their side. This is not always honored, but that doesn't mean that it's suddenly OK just because some other person was pre-judged unfairly.
I ask again...and for some reason, never seem to get an answer. It's an easy and direct question...What would be wrong with just asking BW his side before trashing him? Ask him, report his response, then trash away. Wouldn't you want to be treated that way?
