Agree with you. Expectations for this ruling are all over the keyboards, so to speak, and wholly in the eyes of the beholders, or is it shareholders? In the meantime, Ramboids pound away to release the anxiety.

Imagine Judge Whyte, Judge Payne, Ms. Majoras and the FTC Commissioners, the Rambus, Hynix, Samsung, and Micron executives, their respective inside and outside counsel, other employees, customers and majority of their shareholders are busy doing their jobs and perhaps a little Christmas shopping when time permits.

Just a guess.
