I for one am glad that rtxb is dicerning in whom they award the coveted rtxb franchises. Franchisee's will be representing rtxb, the great state of Texas and haute cusine the likes of which can only be found in 4 and 5 star rankings in the Michelin Guide. This is just my opinion.
