That is an option I considered when my "Sterling" was
near the end. But on the final day I called my vet, and he
came to the house, put him to sleep, and took the remains
for individual cremation. $170. Worked better for me, as I
could just kneel there and pet him as he went to sleep. I
really do not want to go through this again, but I must out
wishing to provide support to you and Orin. So keep us
informed, so we can feel rotten about the unfairness of it
all as a group, if that makes any sense.
