How about after a week? That was the supposed plan for the junk. Shipped, cooked to death, frozen for a week, then reheated. BLECH. You see that pics of that grey flesh he called Prime Rib?

And NOT the way to enjoy Prime Rib. Anyone with ANY knowledge of quality meats knows that Prime Rib is served fresh-roasted, rare to medium-rare in the middle, and crispy and brown on the outside and ends.

If probably cooked the first time, it could be reheated in the next couple days and shaved for sandwiches, etc. But the RTXB approach is just laughable.
