This is a MUST READ from IR and VERY STICKY WORTHY

We are actually going to make a formal application to the NYSE Alter Next after the EFFECTIVE from the SEC, once we have registered the stock. We will not be trading on the OTCQB, so naturally the rules of engagement change dramatically when you move from a Market Maker driven market, to a Specialist driven marketplace. The issues regarding liquidity will be handled directly by the underwriter and the share price will retain much of its equity without much difficulty because the amount of shares seeking to be sold is not much by underwriting standards.

Remember CDFT already meets the requirements to be traded on the AMEX, the only 3 we are waiting on, is the price, the issued capital and the float. When we RS the stock, there will be virtually no float left. The Float will be gone, and the price will not drop because there will be no one that has any amount of shares left to make an impact prior to the registration. We have basically now removed the day traders from the investors. Any day traders in the restructured company will likely own round lot or odd lot shares that have no ability to create havoc with the price of the stock. The preferred stockholders will convert their securities to create the new Issued Capital and we will register 60% of that capital to crate a new float. After the registration, we are going to file the application and we will be approved, then the underwriter deals with the task of creating a managed market for you and others to sell your securities into.
