However, I fail to see how making billions is artificial in a recovering economy that is trying to continue to benefit home ownership.

PPS is based on market behavior. If you get in ahead of the crowd u make the most money. Going against the crowd does nothing but lose u money.

I feel investing now is getting ahead of the crowd. But best of luck to you. Hopefully ur not shorting on Margin. You could really mess up ur life if doing so. Make sure its your own cash.

Mortgage volume is up over 216% from last quarter so F+F profits will be reflecting this increase. What ever they made in the previous quarter...double it.

This stock is going to explode and taxpayers will be paid back very fast.
