People actually believe they will be able to unload 100,000 commons from 1 preferred share. It's laughable. There will have to be $125,000,000 worth of buys for those holding 1 preferred to sell their 100,000 (considering there are 500 preferred share holders) at $2.50 each.

The stock isn't worth half a cent now. Nobody wants it. Good luck unloading 100,000 at $2.50. Too funny!!!

We may be seeing the biggest hoax ever perpetrated on stockholders here. Time will tell.

ya I totally believe a company that makes $500k a year is going to give me $250,000-$750,000 for being a shareholder in their stock that no one buys as it is.
