This quote from the report doesn't sound too awesome.

"As discussed in Note 1 to the financial statements, the Company has a minimum cash balance available for payment of ongoing operating expenses, has experienced losses from operations since inception, and it does not have a source of revenue sufficient to cover its operating costs. These factors raise substantial doubt about the Company's ability to continue as a going concern."
