I agree that the bigger issue is that it calls into serious question just what kind of management this is. Add in the bogus claims of the "NI 43-101", the fraudulent claims of value in a property they haven't even explored, and the massive amounts of toxic death spiral convertible debt, and you clearly have your answer.

No one should ever invest in any company that issues any toxic convertible debt. Especially one that issues it at a 65% discount to market. Common shareholders are guaranteed to be losers. Which is what has happened here. TWICE.
