No reason to go bankrupt. Penny stocks without operations have no reason to go bankrupt. They can issue an infinite amount of shares to meet their limited secured or firm obligations (after the reverse split, of course. Lather, rinse, repeat). All their property obligations are conditional. If they don't meet the conditions, they can just walk away from the properties and start over. That is how the junior mineral exploration business works.
