so what you are saying
a note holder owns dhsm and are buying the shares
at low ball prices till they hold most of the company ,
isn't that illegal to buy more than a certain % of shares
and if they are buying all these shares why aint the pps going up
unless they keep selling them to bring the pps back down
,then they don't own the shares again ,just a question
it confuses me.
