#64274 RE: The Original dpb5! #64273

He has said nothing. He has done nothing. He asked me to turn over the records, and I agree to let him have whatever he needs. All he had to do was ask for what it was he wanted. However, I only have records through part of 2009, and these records have been made available to about 25 persons, and most of the files exist in electronic form and have been turned over to governmental authorities.

He would need more recent records from Mr. Gershuny, who is the only one who has the records from late 2009 through 2012. So, he has them. Also, Laurie Lovejoy and Barry Henthorn will have copies of all the old records I have, possibly many of the originals.

Mr. Hodge never contacted me back because what he wanted was my files so he could destroy them, or at least keep these hidden from the general pool of investors and government authorities. But that is not possible. I cannot bring back what I let out. I did that on purpose so that there is nothing he can do to control the flow of financial information. The release of that data puts an end to that game.

Mr. Hodge had to pay the payroll liabilities in order to do anything. If he tries to do anything without first paying the payroll liabilities, the IRS told me they will confiscate the funds from the banks. I suspect he is unable to get funds because no one is going to provided investment funds with this overhand, specially since back in 2007-08, investors gave ReelTime around one million dollars to, among other things, pay the payroll liabilities and Barry Henthorn just transferred most of the money to BCCI.

So, apparently no one will give him money due to that. I was talking to someone back last September who was thinking to invest enough money to get this going, based on a business idea I had proposed, when Mr. Hodge seized the company. The party approached Mr. Hodge, and was so discouraged by the way Mr. Hodge presented himself that he decided the man was not trustworthy after one exchange.

So, really, don't expect anything to happen unless Barry Henthorn has a reason to want RLTR to be active again. I am not going to fight a battle with any of them in court. It would cost tens of thousands of dollars, and it is not coming out of my pocket. The investors that put me in charge mostly told me that there is no reason to fight this and they will not put up any money.

What reason would Barry Henthorn have to reactivate this company is beyond me. It makes no sense to me. But who knows what his scheming mind might come up with. Maybe he is just going to let it sit until the government closes the case, and he feels that he can't be tracked.

By the way, in case you did not know, James Hodge is an associate of Mr. Henthorn.
