I'm almost certain the CEO is diluting via VNDM. He had better have a good reason for doing so too. Perhaps he is trying to make up the money he has spent on promos? Today we have had more buys than sales and we are still down a whopping 15%. He needs to get his stuff together soon. I live 20 miles from him, I may pay him a "friendly" visit since I am down nearly 65% in a week.
