outofplano, I NEVER said MSFT would settle in the next 10 days. In fact, I'd make book against that happening. I think MSFT is waiting for the RR ruling by the Court. Not sure where you got that from my post. I also don't think GOOG will settle soon thereafter. I think the opposite will happen and we will see an appellate court ruling. I don't agree with you on either point, and never indicated MSFT would settle in the next 10 days. IMO that ain't gonna happen!
