I don't think it's bad news at all.It opens the door to market more CBD products.Full blown legalization without regulation would not be a good thing.MJNA does not need to have MJ legalized to grow because we are so diversified CBD,CBD/THC and infused products for states where medical MJ is legal.

It's not bad news at all, I see it as absolutely great news. As everyone knows, Obama always does the opposite of what he says.

He says no legalization, that means it will become legal!!
