I think all the silence is ENTIRELY due to the pathetic results in the JDZ and I think it has NOTHING to do with trying to hide anything. I think SNP was ill-equipped technically to be the operator of a large piece of the JDZ and I think ERHC screwed up royally by allowing that to happen by running off the real operators like Anadarko who knew what they were doing.
And I now think SEO did not participate in the rights offering because he knew in advance that the rights offering was failing and he knew in advance about the possible JV partner. To participate under either of those circumstance would have been illegal under US law so he was told NOT to participate. Quite a different story than the one that you will normally hear on this board but one that likely is FAR closer to the truth.
Now let's see if they can close a deal for a change or if ERHC will overplay their hand again.
RemyX, been here since ERHC had a long name. The company certainly has a storied existence in the oil business, going all the way back to Sam Bass. What a roller coaster ride it's been.
This company is like the phoenix; it has risen from the ashes at least twice before, and in worse circumstances.
It has much more going for it right now than it did in the past.
