Like I said "May" have sold a bunch of shares... Didn't 'Honest John" testify to that fact?

Anyway, as I understand it couple folks are looking into the whole restricted share thingy.. Maybe know something soon.

Reading about "Honest John's" loves and losses is fun reading, but I'm not sure how it relates to JBII's current problems.

That "leak" appears to be from Rauber (insomuch as a public document can be "leaked"). The only reason for his resignation is that suit has turned into an ongoing minefield with no end in sight.

They do things differently in Canada. Up there they post these things on cork boards in the courtroom hallways. You can either take a pic with your cellphone (as has been done on this board in the past) or you can request an actual copy of the document. Or so I'm told. :)
