Both. But it actually depends on what you consider a buy or sell.
When I buy something I make a bid on it so a trade at the bid is a buy to me(a buyer is satisfied) and trade at the ask is a sell (a seller was satisfied.)
It seems some people like it the other way.

The actual closing price doesnt mean much on the OTC.
Ever notice that it doesnt matter if the PPS is up or down or if there is a ton of volume or only 3 trades there is always at least 1 trade in the last 10 min here. Like most OTC stocks the closing price is the only price that is reported each day. The price closes where ever the MM want.
The 50 SMA is about all that matters when there is no outside influence on the PPS like news or a 10k.
IMO the uptrend here is nice and steady. I would love to see the 100% spike days but they tend to lead to 50% down days.
