Everything is for auction including non-filing assets. It's outlined in the Sales Notice:

".....authorizing and approving:(a) the sale of substantially all of the Debtor's remaining assets, including, without limitation, the Deepwater Properties, Deepwater Facilities and related assets and the Purchased Equity (collectively, the "Deepwater Assets") free and clear of liens, claims encumbrances and other interest, with all such liens, claims encumbrances and other interest attaching with the same validity and priority to the sale proceeds, to one or more purchasers submittimg the highest or otherwise best offers therefor (the "Sale");..."

This means everything, including the CEO's desk and chair.
