Ignorance is bliss!!
As previous stated: The company has failed to let the market (investors) dictate the PPS of their own stock, by neglecting to educate, inform and express the true potential of revenue (s) of their products (patents). PERIOD.
What is the gauge being used to calculate the value of these patents. THIS has not been express in anyway, that would indicate what the potential value could be. (In laymans terms, they have failed to motivate investors about what they would think the value to be.)
It's as simple as that. What is it that you don't seem to understand.
If this were done months ago, the PPS would be over a dollar. IMHO
