Yes, a flip of the coin.
On one side, the CEO is a liar and a thief, the unverified numbers are not real, the SEC action will end in the demise of the company and the CEO will go to jail for defrauding shareholders with false public statements.
The other side of the coin is, revenues as stated exist, re-listing to pink sheets and higher is progressing, authentication of numbers is inevitable, the lack of transparency is temporary and the CEO is motivated by a vested interest in the success of the company.
Meanwhile, there are forces trying to influence the outcome, but the coin is still in the air. Time will tell.

.....the which 'casual', perhaps even careless & not well considered before-hand remark or analogy, some players are running with and making a big issue out of it, etc. Just as they are about most everything else that ''we kmaggers'' say, also.

But you are quite right, actually,and it's just one of the big reasons why I may not participate in this OTC.PK cesspool too much, if at all, after we succeed in this one particular play, especially, BECAUSE THE ODDS ARE WITH THE HOUSE, AND THE WHOLE BLESSED MARKET SECTOR IS CORRUPT FROM THE TOP, IE: SEC, FINRA, DTCC, MM's, STOCK FORUM WEBSITES, MODERATORS, ADMINISTRATORS, power trading groups, AND JUST TOO MANY OF THE INDIVIDUAL PLAYERS, EVEN! All of them with an agenda, the which agenda is to get your money out of your pocket & into theirs! For they ALL have the cards & odds stacked in their favor against the common & preferred share holders, from the major shorting interests, like KNIGHT CAPITAL, or BIG APPLE FINANCING, or so many of the Canadian or off-shore island shorters, etc. right on down to the lowliest dissimulating, prevaricating individual player. An inordinate spirit of greed has gotten ahold of too many of the players! Even the so called ''rules'' & ''laws'' are compiled & constructed so as to favor ''THEIR AGENDA''!

So, from that standpoint, such as I just briefly opined above, it is a toss of the coin, in a certain sense, because one just never knows for sure when ''they'', or any one of them, are going to come up with this rule or that rule, that one may have unintentionally broken or bent a little, but the which ''they'' never the less can then use to ''their'' advantage, so as to delist or suspend or punish this or that even good microcap, so as to drive the pps down, that was before all that starts happening, really was trying only to honestly succeed as a growing small & up & coming company.

But you see, once the shorters & shorting interests, & P & D'ers, and power groups have once bled all of the blood that they can get out of them, via the naked & legal shorting, etc, of any companies public stock, then all ''they'' want to do, is to get rid of it, and delist it, or bankrupt it, or drive it down into a no bid, so that they can ''legally'', as per ''the rules'', get any record of their shorted shares, etc, ''off of the books'', anywhere they may have been ''so marked down'' & accounted for, so that no recriminations can ever crop up! They've got the whole game & playing field & players rigged in their favor, here in this OTC.PK system/market sector, that is for most certain!

HENCE, just one of the biggest reasons of all why JR wants to uplist just as soon as he possibly can, to a better & higher exchange, a true stock exchange, the which the OTC.PK & THE GREY SYSTEM IS NOT, SO THAT HE MAY, THEREBY DOING, OBVIATE MANY OF THE SCURRILOUS PROBLEMS & CHALLENGES THAT EXIST HERE IN THIS OTC.PK CESSPOOL OF A MARKET SECTOR!

So, yes, from that stand point, it still is ''fairly much'' just a toss of the coin, BECAUSE YOU JUST NEVER KNOW WHEN THEY ARE GOING TO COME UP WITH THIS RULE OR THAT RULE, SO AS TO STEAL OUR MONEY AWAY FROM US, LEGALLY!!! But I do agree with you, that because of all of the good things that Jeff Reid is doing, that the odds look pretty good that the coin is going to fall down HEADS UP for all of his enthusiastic & excited & positive investors who have done their DD & know their fundamental analysis, along with the charting & TA skills, too. But I'll personally just feel a real sigh of relief whenever we can FINALLY just get ''THE HECK OUT OF DODGE'', so as to get out of this whole OTC.PK CESSPOOL OF A RIGGED SYSTEM, GAME, PLAYING FIELD & players! IMO VIVA KMAG & VIVA JEFF REID & GB ALL OF HIS STOCK HOLDERS, TOO!

And his ever increasing verifiable revenues Q after Q, along with the AUDITED ANNUALS & THE REINSTATEMENT THAT IS SOON GONNA BE ANNOUNCED, WITH OUR NEW MM, OR IF NOT THAT WAY, THEN THE WAY OF A R/M into a viable shell, so as to resume normal trading again, along with a banner first Q1 of 2013, etc, etc, all such verifiable events will help to make sure THAT THE 1 TROY ONCE OF PURE SILVER COIN MINTED BY PACIFIC AMERICAN MINT-1983, THAT I HAVE IN MY POSSESSION, FALLS HEADS-UP FOR ALL OF US ''KMAGGERS''! HALLELUJAH! :-)
