The "NI 43-101" is bogus. CGFI can never file a real NI 43-101 because they are not a Canadian issuer. The first requirement of NI 43-101 is that the company must be a Canadian issuer AND the document be filed and reviewed by Canadian regulators. CGFI cannot do that.
Additionally, they claim it is already an NI 43-101 compliant report. That is a complete lie. Plus, they are giving a dollar value of the properties. That is prohibited under NI 43-101 and Industry Guide 7, and is always fraudulent.
As a US issuer, CGFI is legally prohibited from using NI 43-101. They must use Industry Guide 7. No exceptions. The SEC is cracking down on the illegal use of the term "NI 43-101" by US issuers. Especially when the document isn't even close to NI 43-101 compliant.
