Hotrod: My investment history with EDIG back in 2000 was documented on the former CNBC message board where my ID was "BargainShopper." I never intended to post on RB, but when wyliebird reposted my due diligence from the CNBC board about the status of the HyTek Treo, everyone said I was lying. Wylie asked me to come and defend my CNBC posts that he had reposted, so I did. As you now know, my DD that the Treo was not yet in production was 100% correct!!!
From the very start on RB, I identified what my ID was on another board. I did the same when I came to iHub. I have never tried to be anyone other than who I am. This was my very first post on RB:
Others who used to interact with me on CNBC include "Over74," "TellurideKid," "Susie," "chatguy" (AKA RB's wyliebird), and several others whom I don't recall. Unfortunately all of those posts diappeared when CNBC sold its site to MSN Money.
I have never hidden anything with multiple aliases and my story has always been consistent. The only reason I could not use my former alias when I started to post on a new board was that it was already taken. Therefore, I had to start with a different alias, but always let everyone know from the start, who I was on other boards.
It's frustrating to have people call me a liar even though they can't prove that I have ever posted even one lie - they just don't like what I have to say.
I would suggest that people who don't want to hear the downside of this investment use the handy filter feature, so they don't have to be exposed to what I have to say.
