Her complete quote was:

She wasn't saying that he wasn't leaving for Good Reason. She was saying that the Good Reason paragraph in his contract does not appear to apply in a situation in which he simply decides to leave. Of course she was correct in saying that.

But she was discussing the provisions of the contract itself and not his actual motivation for leaving when she said "it doesn't really seem to fit".

Obviously I missed where she said Good Reason didn't apply...she didn't say it.
