Well said. The only positive I saw was that she hasn't (yet) sold a share. I love the way she makes the analogy to other CEOs selling stock. She and Llamas stole this company in my view and I still don't understand how they have continued to increase their share-count, maintaining control as they have skyrocketed the share-count and diluting the public.
On CannaVEST, that stock traded at $0.05 in mid-November. It's a farce that they marked it at $5 and very telling that even at the fantasy price of 15 or 16 or 20, the jokers at CannaVEST still gave stock and not cash. It looks like the public isn't so stupid after all. Keep in mind, CannaVEST publicly disclosed that it had sold only $1.275mm through mid-April in their 10-K. This is a huge problem - MJNA gets to book revenues, but no buyers.
