#24 RE: korpin #23

Korpin...SHASF is a Lundin company - not technically institutional. Keith Hill is chairman of the board.

The Atrush field is about 26% owned by SNM, operated with about 53% by TAQA (Abu Dabi Government Comapny) and 20% Marathon. Sometime soon the Krudish Govt will excercise their right to 20% of the field, so everyone's % will drop. This will give us about 20%.

So, SNM may not have any financial institutional ownership (that I know of), but 20% Kurd Govt, about 43% Abudabi and then you have the Lundin family, too.

There's lots of info on the latest corporate presentation.

The company is drilling an appraisal well right now. If it comes in as expected, this well field will be a very significant producer. Things are looking positive politically, too and moving forward with a pipeline to Turkey and a pathway to exporting.
