I certainly would not base an investment decision in MTPR or any other company on the following. I have seen companies do this in the past only to disappear afterwords. I will send you an example.

"You have to ask yourself this question... Why would a non-reporting company spend hundreds of thousands of dollars going back to their inception and audit financials when it's not a requirement?"
