I would like to expound on two points you put forward, "They generally trade or are valued by the market anywhere between 10 and 30 times actual earnings depending on the market sector". NOT SO in the pinks.

" It's all about the size of the float, and whether or not dilution is going on" While this is true "getting noticed" generally causes volume to increase relative to past volume.

Speaking of dilution?

In the case of MTPR, when do those restricted shares come off of restriction? Are the restricted shares in any way tied to the preferred? What is the conversion ratio on the preferred? These things can cause huge dilution.

Exactly correct. I'll be patient with free shares and new ones at .0022. Will buy on dips. I feel bad for the people who bought real high over a year ago on the last run. This will move easily if the company does the PR they claim they will do. At least profitable. Friday was the perfect scenario. I bought all the 175,000 shares offered at the ask at .0022 and the ask zoomed right up to .0033. Any buying in this one it will zoom up. So tightly held and why so many days there is no volume. Company needs to start promoting. This one high risk and high reward with 16 million in revenues and $500,000 profit. How many penny can say that?
