You have no product ready to sell except possibly a few old ones in storage somewhere that you "forgot" to list when you made your inventory list for the BK court.

Not nearly enough money left to build and market the IG4, Even if it would sell, which it would NOT.

If you do have a legitimate role for CDEX in the future, you need to dump JB and his leeches, and get started.. PDQ. All they are doing is using up the money that you gave him to operate on.

BUT...........

If the plan is force CDEX into BK7, and get rid of all present obligations, including all shareholders and then petition the court as the only secured creditor, to let you have the shell, your present course may work.
