The only reason I can think of why V/MC haven t reported it , is that SMME has not outlined how much they are claiming in damages and ongoing royalties. Is SMME waiting for the Judge to decide if their patent is or is not infringed before they make their claim? Patrick Bright will have all the answers I guess.
Not long before the trial starts , if it ever gets to that stage :)
