EVERY PCX boss should agree to take
at least 5 times bigger pay (and perk)
cuts than what they are demanding of
the WORKERS.
This would incentivise the WORKERS
when they know that all are suffering
equally.
Pencil pushers should not be scavenging
off of the backs of the WORKERS.
And the "bosses" would still be making
a lot more money than the WORKERS.
