There are some savvy investors that don't believe the CE or a STOP sign from the OTC have any effect on the PPS...

When a company catches the CE or STOP sign like DUSS has the screams, from the savvy investors, of NSS are ramped up to cover over the fact the PPS is tanking while the company has and does nothing to hold it up...

Its done to mislead new investors long enough to dump the savvy shares IMO.

Its Cheezy but happens and is happening everyday in DUSS.
