As I say, a fluff PR. Announce a product now, to make your stock go up, and many months later re-announce the same launch, or another, without bothering to come up with a plausible excuse.
You'll notice that they claim to have signed a new retail agreement for their virtual calling cards, but their calling card product does not appear on their website, and the stores were it will becaome available have not been disclosed.
