They've filed twice. May 5, 2005 Chapter 11 re-organization. Also Ch 11 April 11, 2011.

My thoughts on BW...when you got in at the $5 level, his own stock was valued at over 100 million $$$. That's quite a loss. All of the other insiders have lost big time too ( approx. 90 million insider shares ), and will continue to lose as long as the common stock is parked in the shell.
