L2 has not this good in months at the moment.....

Not sure what this stupid INTL wants to do here today. 5 cents lower then the next ask? Is he kidding me? They are not dumpers IMO, they have always been on both sides, they basically control the stock most of the time, they buy and sell endless amounts of shares usually but I'm not sure why he doesn't move up to the "market" at the moment. Never seen this before from INTL.
