It was an excerpt, by the way, not excerpts. And it would be nice if it was a public document....if it was I'd link or post it in its entirety. I don't believe that it is.

And in case you missed my characterization of my personal awareness of that excerpt, I'll repeat it: "I do not know the original source of the following, but I believe it to be true."
It could have originated with Bordynuik himself or some "Hedgie troll" or the "dolts at the SEC".
You can not believe it, if you choose.
But if the excerpt is accurate, then the outcome of the case...if there has been an outcome......wouldn't change the fact that the Founder of the company has sold 850,000 shares of its common stock. If some court case involving a third party is more important to yourself or other JBI shareholders than that, so be it. The case itself didn't garner my interest, the selling of shares by the Founder did.
