If the CWS attorney tells someone who is not a WAFR or CWS insider anything that is materially relevant to WAFR's future which isn't simultaneously revealed to the public, that could put WAFR in a sticky place with the SEC unless, of course, that person was now an officer, director, or other person acting on behalf of WAFR, in which case, they wouldn't be able to say anything about it here, because then they would be selectively disclosing information themselves.

They also wouldn't want to tell us anything, e.g., "I'm the new CEO of WAFR," because that, too, requires public disclosure.

I've decided to listen to what Bull Consulting has to allow in the morning before passing judgement about an obvious short position here! With that said there is a certain individual that Bull will be identifying to me that holds a very key and intriguing piece to this puzzle! I also expect to hear from the attorney sometime during the day tomorrow regarding Sandia! This company is getting ready to let lose.....
