Here's my reply from Bev just now....

Nothing to be concerned about in my opinion. From what I could determine in the filings I believe he was with the original public entity that the Pulse business merged into to become public. I believe the more significant news in the filing was that Pulse management acquired this director's shares and the right to acquire his remaining shares in the future if need be.
