There were 500,000,000 common shares, par value $0.001, and 5,000,000 preferred shares, par value $0.001, authorized at December 31, 2012. In March 2013, the Articles of Incorporation were amended to increase the authorized shares to 1,500,000,000 shares of common stock, par value $0.10, and 5,000,000 preferred shares, par value $0.001.

New:
