Did juicy Johnny commit perjury? I guess it would be instep, I doubt he did though.

Not sure about the dialog, but make note of the footnote.

Not necessarily a reply to your post Kool... but I wouldn't hold it against Johnny at all for selling a few shares...even a few hundred thousand. After all, he's given back more shares to the company treasury than anyone can count. Right? Anyone think he's not allowed to sell any... lol... oh, I know "the scare" is that he's dumping, BUT IT AIN'T TRUE. Look how much the man still OWNS... wow, wish I had a fraction of that amount.

John Bordynuik has worked harder than any other person at JBI, and baby I can't wait to see # 3 in action. Won't know the full scoop till prolly early Nov. (Q3 report), but there will be hints in Q2. And we all know that Q1 is a disaster (you mean there's REALLY ice in NF in January/February, Tony?)

Bordynuik's sec $150K slap on the wrist doesn't get paid out of thin air, right?... plus he is said to have some debt from using his own money to help the company during critical times. I have heard such things from trusted people who have ACTUALLY met and spent time with the man.

Bordynuik is being cast as a scoundrel by "some" but I don't buy it!

Anyone who has demonstrated the SCIENCE like Bordy has... well, he deserves kudos not slams.
