Post#9261 Read the link on the MATH Board that Tomifitzy posted back in January trying to show them that Jacob ran a scam just like the one he is doing now in 2012. Jacob & Joel are into the same scam together and IMO Joel got scared and ran but that want save him. Tomifitzy is trying to warn them again tonight but alot probably want listen. MFTH,s 8-K is not true the way its worded because it is worded like Safecode put up 10 Million shares of restricted shares to cover the Dividen, but thats not true and Jacob is trying to come up with something to cover himself. This should of never happened but i will wait to see what FINRA does and still wonder why MFTH has the 96 Million restricted shares. It will all come out and that will be a good thing. Its just a shame IMO and i really hate that its going on when there was no reason for it. SAFC
