You know, in the mining business it really isn't all that difficult to set up a joint venture. Juniors do it all the time. Sometimes they work out and make money for people in the end; more often they don't.

But in FIFTEEN YEARS, MDMN has not been able to consummate a SINGLE JV. That should tell you a lot.
